Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Gecko Grades. Please carefully review our return policy before making a purchase.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless an error has occurred.

If there is an error with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at askgrading@gmail.com. We will address the issue and provide further instructions if a return is necessary.

To be eligible for a return due to an error, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with seal, and in its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, regardless of its condition. Returns sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you believe an error has occurred, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Right to Cancel or Amend: Once an order is placed, you have until the time it is marked as packed to request a cancellation. If you need to amend an order that has not yet been packed, please email us at askgrading@gmail.com.

Refunds: If an error has occurred and a return is approved, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item. If the return is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at askgrading@gmail.com.
